Brizan Ventures has institutionalised a unique deal sourcing and funneling mechanism
Co-founded in 2017 by Professor Ko Ping Keung and Andrew Kwong, Brizan Ventures has curated a portfolio of core robotic chips including RISC-V, FPGA and CMOS forming a robust ecosystem around them. Our chip ecosystem drives advancements across a range of applications, including IoT-enabled smart devices, e-mobility, health tech and smart energy systems.
Professor Ko, known as the “Father of China’s Chip Angel Investing,” together with Andrew began investing in China’s semiconductor landscape in 2001. Their early investments established the foundation for Brizan Ventures’ current strategy of backing hard tech companies that revolutionise industries.
